Bio
Jason Lee grew up in a minister of music's home and was raised on the music of Bill Gaither and Led Zeppelin. He has a church music degree from Anderson University in Indiana and has almost 20 years of progressive experience in the music ministry. He has experience as a worship leader, singer, songwriter, instrumentalist, staff arranger, author and producer. He has released several CD's, all consisting of original material, as well as recordings as a worship leader and with his group, Charis. All CD’s are available on iTunes and at www.jasonleemusic.com. He's also written a book entitled, "Praise - Get the Hell Out! A 15 day devotional on praise and an unrated glimpse into worship ministry. Written for everyone involved on worship teams and involved in church leadership.
His passion is to lead others in worship. His main focus is on developing worshipers and living a life of passionate praise while allowing himself to be loved by God. He periodically teaches at worship conferences, church music workshops and retreats. He is part of a team of worship consultants that assist other ministries reach their full potential. He is available for worship leading or to lead a retreat/workshop for your local worship ministry. (You really can afford him. He’s cheap.)
Jason lives outside of Gadsden, AL with his first wife, Ann and their three loud children; Janna, Zane and Kyra. He is currently the worship pastor at CrossPoint Community Church in Gadsden, AL. where he oversees a dynamic worship ministry consisting of a choir, rhythm section, orchestra, vocal teams as well as a growing television and media ministry.
